These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and PassPharma (“PassPharma”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the PassPharma website, web application, and any related services, including mock exams, question banks, lecture recording and note tools, AI-generated summaries, the streak and progress-tracking features, and the referral and ambassador programme (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for trainee and qualified pharmacy professionals preparing for the GPhC Registration Assessment and similar assessments. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at supportmilli@passpharma.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
PassPharma is an independent revision and exam-preparation product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the General Pharmaceutical Council (“GPhC ”) or any other regulatory or awarding body. Mock papers, mini quizzes, mark schemes, and rationales are created or curated by PassPharma to reflect the style and standard of the real GPhC Registration Assessment, but they are not official GPhC materials and are not guaranteed to match the content, format, or difficulty of any actual assessment. Use of the Service does not guarantee that you will pass any assessment, and PassPharma accepts no responsibility for exam outcomes. Always refer to official GPhC guidance for the current assessment blueprint and requirements.
Certain parts of the Service (such as full access to mock papers, the question bank, and related features) require a paid subscription or one-off payment, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Refunds. Except where required by law (including your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation, such as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015), payments are non-refundable once access to the paid content has been granted. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact supportmilli@passpharma.co.uk and we will review your request.
PassPharma may operate a referral programme and an ambassador programme through which eligible users can earn discounts, commission, or other rewards for referring new subscribers, and can request payout of earned balances. Participation is subject to any additional programme-specific rules shown in the app, and to the following:
The Service lets you upload or create content such as lecture recordings, audio, transcripts, notes, and documents (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. By uploading it, you grant PassPharma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including generating transcripts, summaries, notes, and other AI-assisted outputs at your request.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to upload it, including any recordings of lectures, third parties, or copyrighted material. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or confidentiality rights, contains unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material, or includes special category or sensitive personal data about identifiable third parties without a lawful basis for doing so. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
Some features (including lecture summaries, transcripts, and study notes) are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models. AI-generated output can be incomplete or contain errors, and it is provided for study assistance only. It is not a substitute for your own understanding of source material, for official course content, or for professional or clinical judgement, and must not be relied upon as pharmaceutical, clinical, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it, including for exam preparation or in a practice setting.
Other than Your Content, all materials made available through the Service, including mock papers, questions, mark schemes, rationales, text, graphics, logos, the PassPharma name and branding, and the underlying software, are owned by PassPharma or its licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this material for your personal exam preparation only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, including sharing paid content, mock papers, or question-bank material with anyone who does not hold their own valid subscription, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
When using the Service, you must not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payment processing), and AI model providers used to generate transcripts and summaries. Your use of features backed by these providers is also subject to their respective terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for outages or errors originating from third-party providers.
We process personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, payment details processed via Stripe, and usage and study data) to operate the Service, in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For questions about how your data is used, to request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete your account and associated data, contact supportmilli@passpharma.co.uk.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “ as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that mock papers or question content will be identical to, or sufficient on their own to guarantee success in, the actual GPhC Registration Assessment or any other assessment.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including loss of exam opportunity, loss of profits, or loss of data; and (b) our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we discontinue the Service or a feature of it. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to your non-waivable statutory rights, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
Questions about these Terms, your account, billing, or the Service can be sent to supportmilli@passpharma.co.uk.
